How do I set up my inventory?
Every seller will work with an onboarding resource to your configure SDS, SKUS and listings.
What happens if pricing or quantity changes?
Listings can be edited at will and are updated in real-time. All orders have a 24 hour confirmation period to give sellers the flexibility to confirm or reject an order.
Who is responsible for freight?
Buyers will select a carrier with a quoted price during checkout. Once an order is placed and confirmed by the seller, BluePallet’s Logistics team will coordinate pick up, delivery, and handle documentation.
How do we get paid?
Payments will be made via ACH transfer 30 days after the order has been picked up from your warehouse.
